Established as the first non-governmental organization in Pyuthan district, it has been advocating for the past four decades in the areas of social mobilization, small physical infrastructure, income generation, and entrepreneurship, health and nutrition reform, sanitation, climate change adaptation, and environment protection, local culture preservation, and good governance. It has been leading for local capacity development. In order to achieve the objectives of the organization, this organization has been coordinating and cooperating with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, development partner organizations, local levels, and other stakeholders.
