Job Vacancy Announced for Engineer
Geotech Solutions International (GSI) is an engineering consulting company, based in Nepal and actively dedicated for providing consultations and solutions for disaster risk reduction and management, engineering and planning projects, exchange technologies from national to international level with any government, non-government organizations, persons and other related agencies. GSI is seeking the suitable candidates for the Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer and Civil Engineer positions.
1. Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer - Required No: 2
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum MSc in Engineering Geology/MSc in Geotechnical Engineering. Result awaiting candidates can also apply.
Job Description / Requirement:
- Good knowledge of soil and foundations landslide hazard, slope stability, and Geotechnical laboratory works.
- Ready to work in the field and have a proper understanding of slopes, master plans, and DPR
- Should possess excellent writing, editing, and speaking skills in both English and Nepali languages and well versed In Plaxis ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MS Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Nepali Unicode typing.
2. Civil Engineer - Required No: 3
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors in civil engineering degree with 1 year of experience.
Job Description / Requirement:
- Should have sound knowledge of Procurement process and Documentation as per national and international standard of Public Procurement System.
- Ready to work in field as a field engineer and have a proper understanding of cost estimate and rate analysis.
- Should possess excellent writing editing, and speaking skills in both English and Nepali languages and well versed In AutoCAD MS Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Nepali Unicode typing.
