IPO Listed Details
Shares of Mahila Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha (MLBSL) are listed on Nepse. One million shares, including those issued by microfinance to the public, were listed on Nepse on Monday.
One million shares have been listed in Nepse, including 400,000 shares issued to the public and 600,000 shares invested by the founders. The company's shares have been listed on Nepse since Tuesday.
Nepse has given an opening range of Rs 313.16 to Rs 939.48 per share for microfinance. Accordingly, business will be open from Tuesday. Nepse has signaled MLBSS to microfinance.
Mahila Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha had issued IPO to the public from January 12 to March 19.
Microfinance had issued 400,000 ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share, equivalent to 40 per cent of the issued capital of Rs 100 million. Of that, 0.5 percent, i.e. 5,000 shares were allotted for employees and 20,000 shares were allotted for collective investment funds and the remaining 375,000 shares were issued to the public.
