In-Charge Human Resource & Administration:
- (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager Level) - Required No: 1
Required Qualification:
- Master's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Studies / Management /Human Resource/ Psychology or related field from recognized University with minimum 4 years experience in human resources department in banking/capital market companies and/or banking and/or other related fields. Age not exceeding 40 years as on deadline of application.
Common Requirements:
- Should be familiar with laws and regulations of Securities Board of Nepal, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.
- Strong written & oral communication skills both in English & Nepali, excellent interpersonal & technical skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
- High standards of professional & ethical conduct demonstrated.
- Highly motivated, committed, and responsible with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
