Job Vacancy for Various Positions:
The government of Nepal (GoN) and the Government of Switzerland have been implementing Nepal Vocational Qualifications System Project (NVQS-P) since 2015.
Swiss Contact invites applications from committed and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions for the second phase of NVQS-P :
1. Position: Technical Coordinators (NVQS Office, Province One and Three) - 2 (Two)
Required Education and Experience:
Master's degree in a relevant field (Education/TVET/ Workforce education/ Management/ Business Studies/ Development Studies).
Minimum of five years of work experience (including at least two years of management experience) in relevant fields (i.e. development cooperation and/or, TVET sector programs).
2. Position: Monitoring Officers (NVQS Office, Province One and Three) - 2 (Two)
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or higher degree in relevant field (Education/Management/Business Studies/Development Studies).
Minimum of three years of work experience (including at least two years of experience in project monitoring particularly in TVET programs/projects) in a relevant field (i.e. development cooperation and/or TVET sector programs).
3. Position: Finance Officer (NVQS Office, Bhaktapur) -1
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field — Accountancy/Financial Management or the equivalent.
Minimum of three years' work experience in Account or Finance in development cooperation with donor agencies or NGO/INGOs.
4. Position: Documentation and Database Officer (NVQS Office, Bhaktapur) -1
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology (IT) or other relevant fields.
Minimum of three years relevant working experience in IT, database, communication, and documentation, or other related fields.
5. Position: Finance and Admin Assistants (NVQS Office, Province One and Three )- 2 (Two)
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field —Accountancy/Financial Management or the equivalent.
Minimum of three years' work experience in Administration or Account or Finance, preferably in development cooperation or NGO/INGOs.
6. Position: Driver (NVQS Office, Bhaktapur)-1
Required Education and Experience:
At least Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or School Leaving Certificate (SLC).
Minimum of three years' work experience in a similar position, preferably with donors and /or NGOs.
7. Position: Office Assistant (NVQS Office, Bhaktapur)-1
Required Education and Experience:
At least Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or School Leaving Certificate (SLC).
Minimum of three years' work experience in a similar position, preferably with donors and /or INGOs.
For all the positions
- Duration: One year with the possibility of extension
- Remuneration and Benefits: As per the rules and regulations of Swiss Contact Nepal
